deportation

my son is a 32 years old dominican legal allien how came to usa in 1986, he is now under immigration custody after being in jail for four years for drug dealing,is it possible he can not be deported to dom. rep.

Re: deportation

Since he's apparently an aggravated felon under the rules which immigration authorities follow, and not a U.S. citizen, I would say that a stay of deporation would be very unlikely in your son's case.
