can a divorce lady get a green card for her child who is canadian citizen without approval of her x husband

Do you have a green card? If so you can petition for your child. Is your child's father the U.S. citizen? If so, then the child may be eligible to acquire citizenship but not without the approval of the that person. Please call (646) 430 9384 x101 for further assistance.
