Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

I am currently employed with an agency and working as a physical therapist for a client of the agency. My agency will be filing my h1b this April. I am getting offer for employment from other agencies too. Can I ask the other agency to file for my part time h1b and work parallel to my full time h1b with current agency? Do I need to inform my current agency about the offer and the part time h1b?
