If you have employment autorization card from immigration category a10, you can get permision to travel if your parents die ?

Withholding of Removal (a)(10)
Unfortunately, the answer would be "NO" if you intend to come back to the U.S.
Generally, people who win withholding of removal have the right to remain and work in the U.S., but not travel.
Furthermore, if you have been in the United States illegally, then you may be subject to a bar to admission if you depart the United States, even if you have been issued a travel document.
Additionally, your status may be terminated if you return to the country from which you were seeking protection.
