Fiance visa while still married

I am in the process of getting a divorce, can I file for a Fiance visa for the person I wish to marry before my divorce is final? I want him to come here as soon as posible.

Wait for the divorce to be finalized. I don't expect that USCIS will look upon it fondly that a married man was bringing over his fiancee. Yes, you will have to wait a bit longer.
