green card filling

Hi

We have filed green card and gave papers for eb2 ,employer filed in eb3 without consulting and informing,priority date is 2001..right now processing 2000.

I didnt file for 485 since was to get married soon.My 140 was approved in Aug 2004.Please let me knwo my options if I want to change my employer.Is AC21 was possible.

From what it appears you would have to have filed your I-485 and have had it pending for at least 180 days to benefit from AC21 portability.
