hello
I am an american citizen living abroad....got married recently and my wife just got her immigration visa.
Will she be eligible to become an american citizenship while living abroad with visits to the U.S EVERY SIX MONTHS ?

Depends on how long her visits to the US are. Read the guide to Naturalization at www.uscis.gov.
