Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Is it possible for a green card holder to marry a foreign lady who comes to USA under B-1 visa?

In this case I am the GC holder and I got it one year ago. My fiance is in another country and I need to marry her and keep her in USA. What are the possibilities I have? I know if I file a petition, it would take around 5 years to get visa. Is there anyway to make it faster?

Your spouse will not be an "immediate relative" if you are not a U.S. citizen & therefore she will not have any legal status in the United States while her I-130 petition is pending. If she falls out of status before she is eligible to adjust, then she will not get her greencard in the United States.

If you two marry, she should remain abroad & you should file for her greencard via consular processing.
