greencard and confused

i was arrested a year a go for shoplifting.i was fingerprited and book saw thw judge and was told to come a later date to court.i was given a public defendant who spoke to the prosecutor and iwas given lotring witha fine of $100. my question is do i have a criminal record ? and if my record was pulled will shoplifting or loitering apper on it. and will it afect my green card processing
