H4 Application

Hello Sir,

I found your website when I was looking for some Free Lawyer Consultation.

Please reply me As soon as possible.

I am on H1B visa since 2001 in USA and my wife also with me. When I applied my H1B Extension in 2003, I forgot to apply for the Extension of my wife's H4 Visa, and again I have to extend my Visa in 2005, Can I apply for my wife's H4 visa extension as well or does she need to go back to our country and get the visa stamped?

Please advice me.
