Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
From H1B to F1
I have my H1B started from this October 1st.I don't have any paystubs yet.I am planning to go back to school,if I will be accepted.How can I change my status to F1?Can I take class for Spring 2009 right from January?
What if my employer terminates my job before I get accpeted in school?

This could definitely be a problem. Were you here before your H-1 started or was this the first time you came to the US?
