H1B transfer without paystubs

I have come to US 2 months ago on h1 visa.

My present employer has not been able to find me a job.

I am getting a position thru other employer - is it possible to transfer my h1 without paystubs?

You may be able to do it without paystubs but the CIS could always ask for them. If the new petition is approved but the COS is denied then you could leave the U.S. and re-enter for the new employer.
