Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
Hello,
I was granted asylum status in the US in August 2005, and the date on my green card is November 2007 , can I apply for naturalization now or do I have to wait.
Thanks

You can apply for naturalization if you have been a green card holder for 5 years. So you have to wait until 2012.
