Hii My Father is Expire in USA before 1 month, he was citizen of usa, he kept my file on citizen base. so will that file cancelled? or wil b running???

As far the rules are concerned your application may not process or your application may not be considered for the citizen base.

I'm assuming you're asking if your petition will continue after the petitioner has died. Usually the petition dies with the petitioner unless your visa number has already come current. But I would need more details to give you a complete answer.
