Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
Immigration Visa
I am my mothers only child.I live here in New Jersey and my mother is still living in Columbia. She works there in a beauty parlor.
They keep telling her and me that they will not let her come to the USA because I am her only family and she will not return to Columbia.
What do I need to do to bring my mother to the USA?

If you are a US Citizen you will be able to bring her quite easily. However, you should definitely speak to an attorney to be sure that all the issues are addressed before filing.
