Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

I have a B1 B2 visa, not overstayed. Married with an LPR. Three kids born in USA. My wife already filed a year ago an I-130. We've receive the receipt note. Ive entered last week, and got 6 months stay authorization. Could I file I 485 and I 765? If not, which is the more accurate and fast way to stay here in the USA? and of course could work?

You will not be able to file for your Adjustment of Status (I-485) until either your visa number becomes available or your wife receives her citizenship. Is she eligible? If you would like to find out feel free to contact our office.
