Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
Inmigration question: i got my green card whe i married my wife back on 2009, we have been together since 2003 and have 2 kids. Now when we had the 1 st kid she was married to someone else and got her citizenship because she was married to this person then she divorced him and mary me. Well i didnt that her previous martiage was a fraud and she only did it to get citizenship. My question is what would happen if someone accused her of fraud and what coul happen to her and to myself?

If she is already a U.S. citizen, it is highly unlikely that anything is going to happen at this point. Any issue of fraud would have been investigated at the adjustment of status and/or naturalization stage.
However, if she is now applying for your greencard, then that could open her up to potential investigation.
