Re: Ins New Law
Dear Sir:
There are new regulations regarding special registration of individuals from select countries. Since the regulations are fairly new and open to interpretation, it is advisable for you consult with an attorney to go through your specific case. If you would like to set up a meeting with me please contact my office at (732) 985-1310.
Sincerely,

Yes, you do have to register. If you do not register, it could jeopardize your chance of becoming a permanent resident. Your application could be denied as a matter of discretion. You could be deported. You could be criminally prosecuted.
