Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
i have an interview for naturalization in 2 days but my wife filed for divorce 2 weeksago the divorce is not final can i still get my citizenship under 319 thanks

To qualify to naturalize in three years of permanent residence rather than five, you must be in a marital relationship together with your spouse. It doesn't sound like that's the case here. But if you are still living together and there's a chance you won't divorce after all, then there might be a possibility that you do qualify.
