Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
i have lived here all my life and my case is being denied!! i am 22 yrs.old
i came to the u.s when i was 1 1/2 yr old. mother submitted our application through her employment when i was 15. i am now 22 and i have had a workers permit for the past 3yrs. it now expires 11/21 and have not received a new ine because the lawyer said our case will be denied. is there any other law that can help me stabalize my status to permanent resident?? i went to school here from pre-k to 12th grade. if i get deported what will i do in a country i dont remember. i have not left the country in over 10 years. i do taxes every year and have no criminal record. what can i do? i need my work to survive. cant go to school because of how much more expensive it is for someone with out papers. i live alone and i dont know who to turn to. an someone help me?? after 7 years and alot of money paid why canti become legal??

Your case sounds like it is a complicated one. There are several questions that need to be answered including if you have any relatives here who are in lawful status. What did your mom apply for and why does the lawyer think it will be denied? Was it a labor cert? We have an office in Newark, NJ if you want to send us more info.
