whats happens next ?

if a man i met recently appliying for asylum gets denied and we get married i mean the marriage is real we love each other , if i marry him can this save him from geting deported if he gets denied from asylum in usa? he is considerd kurdish . thank you

Yes and No. While marriage to a United States does confer certain benefits, it would depend on whether the foreign national is eligible for such benefits. Eligibility depends on several factors, including whether he entered the country legally or illegally, whether he is covered under INA section 245(i) if he entered unlawfully, etc.
