Re: marriage
Depending on where you live, you should contact your local city clerk's office. Many states require marriage licenses, blood tests, and a mandatory wait period before you can get married to each other.
As for the fact that your fiancee is present unlawfully, that should not bar the two of you from getting married. However, after you are married to her (and if you are a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident) and wish to file papers for your wife, you should contact an immigration lawyer, because even if someone is married to a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident, there may be bars to adjusting status based upon the marriage.
We have extensive experience with family-based immigration and should you wish to contact us for a consultation about your situation, we would be happy to help. You may also visit our website for more helpful information.

Re: marriage
This would depend upon how your fiancee entered the U.S.
Typically, those who entered "illegally" cannot adjust to lawful permanent residence in the U.S. unless they qualify under 245(i).
