Provided that you are a United States Citizen, you could apply for a K-3 visa on her behalf. The K-3 petition requires that the two of you are already married, that you have already filed an I-130 and I-129F [approved] on her behalf. If the K-3 is granted by the USA consulate in China [provided she passes security and medical clearances] you could bring her over right away.
