Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

marrying my immigrant girlfriend
thank you for your answer i forgot to say that my girlfriend is currently pregnant of seven months and she has the law 235I which i think she paid a penalty for entering the country illegaly back when she was a child shes been in this country for over 20 years and no she has no criminal record. As far as i know shes ok to get married and have me help her with her papers. I'm i right?

Is possible. Is not sure because USCIS may or not help you. Sometimes is possible, only sometimes.
