Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

I get mt green card recently. I want to file I-824 for my daughter who is living with my ex-wife in China now. My question is do I need a kind proof of custody?

This would depend upon your circumstances but generally you simply need a birth certificate that attests to your relationship in order to file the application. You may need to supply proof of custodial arrangements later if you are trying to bring her here without her mother's consent.
