Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

naturalization

hi,

my father was stationed in germany back in 1954 hw married my mom who was german.i was born in germany but not on a military base my birth certificate is written out in german and i need to get this corrected i just dont know where to start.my father was an american who served 21 years in the us army please te;; me how to proceed im not sure he had myself or my sisters ever naturalized thanking u in advance.
