Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

What's needed

Hi everyone.....I'm a U.S citizen my wife of 5 years is from Kenya...What do I need to get her papers right? I've heard it shouldn't be a problem considering how long we've been together

Re: What's needed

If you haven't filed anything for her yet then you'll start with filing a petition for alien relative and I'd suggest following that up with a K-3 petition. If you want to give me a call I can explain the process in 5-10 minutes (much easier than an email).

This depends on where she's located.

If she's already in the U.S., an adjustment of status may be an option.

If she's outside the U.S., then a K-3 spouse visa would be the way to go.
