Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

permanent Immigration

Me and my husband are seperating probably in few months.We both are US citizen and we have a 6years old son.I cannot stay here in this country because I'm getting threats from my husband and his family(I had a restraining order against my husband and his brothers 3 years ago but I dropped it).I know that they would not let me and my son live peacefully.I want to move to Australia to my sister.

Is it possible?

Please assist me.
