permanent resident married to a french citizen

I AM A PERMANENT RESIDENT AND I GOT MARRIED THIS YEARin France to a french woman.she is coming this month as a tourist for 3 months.We want to live together here in US.She plans to change to F1 student visa and go to school.How can I apply for her for a green card and a work authorization?what forms do I need to fill out?

This may not be a great plan. There are a lot of issues in your plan including whether she comes on a visitor visa or on the Visa Waiver Program. There is also an issue of fraudulent intent that you really do not want to deal with. Talk to an immigration lawyer before she comes.
