Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
I am a permanent resident in USA and willing to get my citizenship in two years. My wife and child are living in a foreign country. I am planning to sponsor them once I become a US citizen.
Two of my friends won Green Card lottery and asked for I-134 affidavit of support from me. Will there be an issue sponsoring my family in two years, if I sponsor my friends now? (My annual income is around $50K before tax)

Being a co-sponsor for someone else's case will affect the household income minimum for your wife's case. You would not only include yourself, your spouse & any children you have, but you would also need to include the people you have filed an affidavit of support. So, possibly not a good idea at this juncture.
