i am a U.S. citizen i had submitted an application for my grandparents to obtain a temporary visitors visa in which they were denied due to missing documentation. can i re-submit the application in less than 6 months due to there elderly age????

What are their ages? Note this does matter when dealing with immigration.
Wait the 6 months them apply again with the assistance of counsel.
