I came to USA for R1 and later I met in church someone and marry

holding Green Card, do I can change my status in USA? What I have to do to change my status

in details? Thanks for your support

You can file your Petition but until you wait several years OR she becomes a citizen you cannot receive your green card. Is she eligible for citizenship?
