Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Currently I am serving my 4 weeks of notice period with company A and in the meantime I have joined company B with my H1B already transferred to company B. And also I already have got one pay check from company B.

Now I dont want to continue with company B and want to stay back with company A, so need to resign from company B.

So is there any problem if I am resigning from company B, can company B create any problem for me?

And also company A does not know that I have joined company B while I am serving my notice period with company A.

So is there any problem for me?Please suggest me what shall I do now?

Hi,

As long as Co. A has not revoked its petition, and it has not expired, you will continue to maintain your H1B status. You are not required to join Co. B: www.h1b1.com/concurrent.htm

Co. B is not required to have Co. A's consent in order to file an H1B petition with the USCIS, and the USCIS will certainly not notify Co. A that Co. B has filed an H1B petition for you.
