sponsoring my brother with conditional green card

i have a conditional green card i received 6 months ago. i live in the usa. can i sponsor my brother who is legal in portugal, to reside in the usa also?

Unfortunately you cannot. You must be a citizen to sponsor your brother. There might be other opportunities for him depending on what his purpose in coming to the U.S. is? We have an office in Newark, NJ so please email us with more info.
