Is it okay to submit two PERM application for same employee by different employer during time?

Multiple employers can submit PERM applications for the same beneficiary, as long as each company only files one application per beneficiary, per position. However, when you apply for adjustment of status, it can only be based upon one, approved I-140 petition!
