Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey
transfer driver licence from NY to NJ without I-94
Dear all,
I came to states 10 years ago, I have no I-94, I have NY driver licence, now I bought a house at NJ, have to transfer licence and title from NY to NJ.
What should I do? Currently I have EAD card, renewable every year and waiting for green card.

If you have EAD card and is renewable every year, then you must have some kind of immigration application pending. You are not clear in your statement of fact and questions. Please explain what is your question or concern?
