Can I transfer extended H1B after 6 years
I am with a company A, and my Labor is not approved for 20 months now. my 6th year term will end by Feb 2010 - I found a new employer that is willing to process my GC - but I dont have 12 months left in my second H1B - I will get an extension soon from Company A, can I transfer that extended H1B to a new employer?

I would need more information regarding your particular case before I can comment on it properly.
However, what I can say is that if your husband has been offered a new job as a H1-B holder by company �B� then company B needs to file an H1 transfer on his behalf.
