Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Jersey

auto liability

I let someone drive my car to New Jersey. They had an accident, they were at fault. I am the insured/owner of the car, they are not on the NY registration or insurance. What is my liability? What is their liability?

If the car was operated with your permission and consent, your coverage applies. Advise your insurance company or broker immediately.
