Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Jersey
Automobile Accident Liability
I was driving my ex-wife's car with her permission. A woman hit me while I was stopped and dented the bumper. A police report was filed and the woman admitted fault. She has insurance as does my ex-wife. Am I financially responsible for any damage to my ex-wife's car or for paying the deductible?

You should contact an attorney immediately, as you may be entitled to recover a lot more than just deductibles. Give me a call at my direct line: 267.639.3105.

Since it was a rear-end collision fault will rest on the other operator. You may have a claim of your own. Should you wish to speak to an attorney please feel free to call.
