Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Jersey
company still in business under another name
My company was involved in an auto accident with several workers in the van. We were hit by a cab, the cab company changed it's name but still operates from the same location with the same vehicles. My auto insurance company and workers compensation company were the only ones involved. How is this possible? Is the cab company able to just start over with no liability?
