Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Jersey
no insurance
someone hit my legaly parked car ,they were drunk and had no license ,insurance or registration, what do i do? the police could not even tell me the persons name since he had no id at the accident .

If you have "full coverage" report it to your insurance comapny so they can pay for the repairs.
If not you have to pay for the repairs and track down the drunk to recover your money.
