Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Jersey
An insured designated her mother as beneficiary in an unsigned beneficiary form. Can the surviving spouse claim the life insurance?

This will take some looking at. An unsigned form by itself is not going to have any effect. I would need to know what else is involved, what the facts are, to answer the question as to who gets the life insurance.
