Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Jersey
Life Insurance Policy and Wills
My father passed away and his last will and testiment states that all material wealth and property should be equally divided amoung his children. However, one life insurance policy has one sibling as the sole beneficiary. Should that policy also be equally distributed or does the named beneficary get the claim on the insurance?
Thanks
