Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Jersey
Noninsured driver hits insured driver
I have not renewed my car insurance in about 3 months. I hit an insured driver, my brakes gave. The officer gave me a ticket for unable to exhibit current insurance. He stated no court date required and I would just have to pay the ticket. What will happen when the driver i hit called her insurance company? I don't know what to expect.
