Oil tank removal Insurance coverage
I had my oil tank removed and it had leeked and the insurance company will cover the cost but they asked me to use one of their contractors instead of the one I have who started the job he is Licsenced by the state and EPA but they want me to use one of their contractors do I have a choice they said they would pay the bill my contractor submitted but the rest of the clean up should be done by their contractor do I have a choice in this matter

You need to read the language of your policy to see if usuing their contractor is required for coverage
