settlement spent by mom
At age of 10, I was hit by a car and won a settlement which my mom had spent. How do I find out the amount of the settlement? And would I hold her accountable for any interest it would have accrued?

you need to find out some basic information such as whre the accident occurred, when, if a lawyer was involved, is there a docket number in court. You really will need a lawyer to do some of the leg work. Any info that you get will help track down the settlement. This case needed to be approved by the court and there would be a record of such in the county where you lived at the time of selltement
