statue of limitation on driver sircharges
i have been on disability for the past fourteen years,so i haven't been driving but,now i find that some 2,500.00 in fines are being charged to what can i do about this ,how do i get my lisence restored

Your question does not indicate what the various fines have been imposed for. You also do not indicate whether you feel these fines have been imposed for an invalid reason or reasons.
Even if you have not driven in 14 years, you may still have legal obligations such as keeping your car, if any, properly registered and insured. Failure to comply with the legal requirements may have resulted in imposition of fine(s).
Unquestionably, you need to get a complete copy of your driver's record from the Motor Vehicle Commission which should indicate what each fine has been imposed for. You should then bring a copy of the driving record to your attorney, who can assist you in analyzing the reason the fines were imposed, and what, if anything, can now be done to challenge those fines.
