Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New Jersey

I co-signed (primary) for a car loan for my daughter through my credit union. The car is registered in my daughter's name only. She is in default of making payments to me for payment of the loan, I have been making the payments to the credit union. What do I have to do to get the car from her and sold to payoff the balance of the loan.
