Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New Jersey

I am making a site where two people duel VIA webcam. I'm using games such as yu gi oh, and pokemon. I was wondering, if there is any copy right laws, and if I should be worried.

If you use someone else's intellectual property (such as the games you mentioned) without their permission, you can (and will) be sued.
