Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New Jersey
I used to work for a plumbing and heating company and I just found out they are posting my picture doing boilers jobs to promote their business. I never consent and I want to go after them for false advertisment. Plus the company that is now posted the information was taken over by the old company so technically I never even worked for them.
This is posted on the Face Book Company Web Page.

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. There are privacy and other issues at play here, based on what you've said. It's not necessarily false advertising, but more misleading advertising. Best to have an attorney write them a demand letter, and you should so do as soon as possible. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
